It is a big win for Fiorettina as they confirm their appointment of Giuseppo Rossi as their new head coach.
Rossi, who was part of the squad that defeated Genoa in the Europa League final on Tuesday night, will take over at the club after the departure of Andrea Pirlo.
In his role as head coach, Rossi will work with the players to ensure they reach the highest level of the game and take it one step further with his team’s tactics.
Fiorentine are currently in the bottom half of Serie A and they have had some difficult results in the recent past, with a 2-1 defeat at Roma in the last 16 of the Champions League.
They will hope that Rossi will be able to help them climb up the table and eventually become the first club in the history of the competition to win a trophy with a win in this competition.
Rossi has a lot of experience as he played for Juventus from 2006 to 2012 and was the head coach at Roma.
He also spent a season at the San Siro, where he led the side to their first Serie A title.
